Stats X-Ray of Kei Nishikori
Kei Nishikori ends 2017 season with a wrist injury. This was a good opportunity for Tennis Profiler to make a “Stats X-Ray” of his game with you.
For this “Stats X-Ray” of Kei Nishikori, Tennis Profiler collected 6142 points of the Japanese between 2015 & 2017. This sample will be used to give you objective results of his game effectiveness. Then, it’s up to you to give the interpretation you want! In other word, Tennis Profiler will provide you the radios and you will be the doctors exanimating the results.
How does it works?
It’s easy! All the points collected of Kei Nishikori (6142) will be distributed in twenty different categories:
• Points won* by Kei Nishikori with the serve, return, forehand, backhand & volley (5)
• Points won* by his rivals with the serve, return, forehand, backhand & volley (5)
• Points lost* by Kei Nishikori with the serve, return, forehand, backhand & volley (5)
• Points lost* by his rivals with the serve, return, forehand, backhand & volley (5)
The points won are the winners plus what Tennis Profiler called the “provoked points”. For example, a service winner is a provoked point. A good forehand that forced the opponents’ error is also a “provoked point”. In opposition to the forced errors the provoked points focus on the player who played well. The points lost are the unforced errors.
You will be given the results in every category and it’s up to you to give an interpretation.
